It’s not by chance that a great deal of millionaires and even billionaires align themselves as Democrats/Socialists.
When they were raised by highly dysfunctional families, both wealthy and not, they lost the basics principles of morality and faith.
It’s hard to find the presence of God within their beliefs systems as they are their own gods, with money and power being complementary deities.
Because they learn how to develop self consciousness through their trips and the places they visit, they also develop a masked sense of pity for the poor and thus become “philanthropists.”
At the end, all they need is to buy into the idea that they’re “good” people, capable of benefitting the poor and minority communities. They want to become the new westernized version of Robinhood. They want to feel accomplished by being “good”, and thus erase any kind of guilt or shame by doing “what is right.” It is so easy to do good based on the wrong reasons. It’s not enough to do good, good has to be done for the right reason.
As with any other ideology, socialism creates a type of Mephistopheles. It’s in the same way that capitalism creates countless greedy people capable of selling their soul, mother and principles to the highest bidder.
At both ends of the spectrum an excess of power on any form will bring imbalance in nature, harming anything and anyone beneath, including their families and themselves.
